Unfortunately, I don’t have any news to share regarding this event aside from the date and venue of this event as there is little to no info being shared on the website of the organizers of this event, which is PsiCom Publishing, publisher of Otaku-zine and GamEX magazines.

Not sure if Anicon 2009 will also be held on the same day and near the same venue as Komikon, though. But in my perspective, that’ll just look weird. O_o

It’ll be just Komikon on Oct. 18 at SM Megatrade since there’s still no official word yet from the organizers of AniCon on when it will push thru.

um…my friend’s actually the daughter of the sponsor for anicon and she said that anicon was moved to january next year. she didn’t say a specific date yet though but she’s sure that its on january.

nope, you haven’t missed it. don’t know if Anicon will still push through but the organizers of Anicon are the same organizers of the upcoming Otaku Expo this Jan. 23-24 (http://www.philanime.com/2010/01/otaku-expo-2010-on-jan-23-24/)

AniCon 2009 didn’t push through and the next event from the organizers will be Ozine Fest 2010 on April 9-11, 2010 at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 1 & 2
