Cosplay Guidelines
• Zyphie Friday 2.0 will be held on May 29, 2009 at 9PM at Prince of Jaipur.
**Venue is located beside Embassy Bar and near Market Market.
• Entrance fee for the event is one hunded (100) pesos. An additional registration fee of fifty (50) pesos for those who would join the cosplay competition would be required.
• On-site registration for the cosplay competition starts at 8PM-10PM. A registration booth will be located in the entrance of the said venue. There will be people to assist you there.
• You can also register by sending a message to the contacts below with the following details: Full Name, Character Portraying and Anime located in. You can also text your inquiries about the event. Wait for the confirmation message from the person you texted. Registration via SMS is until May 28, 2009.
• Pre-registrants need to confirm their presence on the alloted time via the registration booth.
• Cosplayers who would join the competiton will be granted VIP access to the event.
• Open for anime, online games, manga, TV and movie anime, visual kei, gothic lolita, and animericans. Mecha is allowed but avoid too bulky costumes.
• We are requesting you to avoid wearing bulky costumes and costumes which are too revealing. If you’re going to wear revealing costumes, keep it “General Patronage”.
• The panel of judges’ decision will be final and binding.
• In no event shall the Zyphie Friday 2.0 organizers, Jabtitude Productions’ Staff, Red Shield members and the Prince of Jaipur Management be held liable for any liability caused due to negligence, be it civil or criminal. Liabilities created due to negligence will be borne only and exclusively by you.
