This figure of Rio from Super Black Jack by Sega is a UFO Catcher Prize item, which means its only available from those UFO Catcher machines that you see in Arcades in Japan. But for every other country except Japan, its sold just like any other toy or figure.
Which is a good thing ‘cos its damn hard to get anything from those UFO Catcher machines.
Like most Sega prize figures, Rio isn’t perfect and has some visible flaws in some places.
Most noticeable of course is the seam line on the upper left arm.
And the uneven seam line on the right side of the dress. Good thing that seam line is placed opposite of where the figure should be facing.
But what this figure is lacking, it makes up for in subtle sezziness. Not too ecchi and not too demure either. But just somewhere in the middle. I think chotto ecchi is the right word to describe this figure.
This is actually an impulse buy for me since I’ve never heard of this character or what series she’s from. I bought it since I thought it might look good in a photoshoot.
Weird! I now buy figures based on the photographic possibilities I could do with it. LOLz

Shes actually pretty good for a SEGA Figure.Those are always a hit and miss and i hate it when the online shops only have the concept drawings online.They can turn out pretty bad even if the concept is good

yeah, I had to really inspect this figure in its plastic packaging before I convinced myself that its worth buying. some SEGA figures look good on some websites but when you get to see it up close, you can see that some have defects.
