Hmmm. They did not actually follow the manga even though they say that they will stay true to the mangas story, hehehe, kidding.. ^_^ They changed some story a bit but still it is relatively close to the manga story. I have no problem with the 1st anime (take note of that guys, 1st anime and not original anime) but i really like to follow the manga and FMAB is quite my taste.. and lastly, its been rumored that FMAB will be ending along with the manga, ain’t that cool ^_^

This is great news! I’m excited to see this. I haven’t read the manga but I have seen the old series, which made me an instant fan of the story. I’ve heard the manga version is way better. We’ll see this time.

so this one (FMAB) follows the manga well? hmm, quite interesting. because i got too confused and was like “WTF?” watching the 1st ep on TV5 (Philippines). ive seen Conqueror of Shamballa already and i could tell when i watched the 1st ep of FMAB that it was different.

im glad TV5 acquired the rights to this! now im gonna watch every episode (with replays, hah!) and try to compare the two.

hope this is also pure win, like the first.

The FMA Brotherhood, is based on the original version within the manga. I already watched the first episode, and it’s really different from the FMA aired on Philippine TV 4 years ago.
