Dunno who this character is or from which anime/game ‘cos I got this figure as a gift.
Anyway, on to the review!
Here’s the box/ packaging that came with the figure.
The front of the box can be opened to reveal the figure inside.
The base is pretty cool ‘cos it can be opened and has an audio CD in it. ^^
Looks like a rock star but wielding a sword instead of a guitar.
The katana was kind of a disappointment since I thought it can be unsheathed from the saya (scabbard) but unlike other figures’ katanas, this katana and its saya is built as one piece. 
A shiny base for shiny shoes.
WTF?! How the hell did the Joker get in this pic?! O_O
