Diablos – Final Fantasy VIII Guardian Force
Got this figure as a gift the year that Final Fantasy VIII for the original PlayStation was released, so you’re out of luck if you try to look for this action figure in toy stores.
But, there’s always eBay. ^^
This is the only photoshoot where I did a lot of PP (post-processing) work simply because Diablos looks cooler with some of the effects shown in FF8. Diablos power is the Demi ball thingy which is why I have that black sphere with the purple f/x in some of the pics.
Yeah, I know Diablos doesn’t have flames or the power of fire. It’s Ifrit who does but since I don’t have any Ifrit figures, might as well try the flame effect on Diablos. ahehehehe! =p

I rarely use him in my play. I think there are a lot of GF better than him. His damage is depend on his level % of max enemy HP, but never higher than 9999.

My favourite GF in FF8. He just looks so badass. I’m actually playing the game again on PC so I can rip his 3d model, am searching the web as well for references. I want to model him in high res and maybe make a little animation.
